Clean and huge units with the refrigerator and the TV, for example, exceptional employees.

The breakfast was nice hot, the hotel was modern and clean. The room was extremely spacious and having central heating, TV and a writing desk in it was convenient. The location for Lancaster was marvellous, just off shopping, restaurants, a shopping strip and outlet...
The hotel staff was not very helpful.

First time in Lancaster, beauitful shops and town..Will visit again, but not stay in this hotel. Paid for 2 nights only stayed 1 hotel was dirty and discustion smell..
This hotel was dirty and had a foul smell, we paid for 2 nights only stayed 1. No contiental breakfast as posted, just coffee and toast. The tour of the hotel and rooms do not match up with the real thing.. Would not reccommend this hotel to anyone.

They had a pool. the price was awesome. hotel is exactly what I needed for one night with kids after a ball game.
The building needed renovations and the A/V units need cleaning. Mold in our vents.

Comfortable bed, awesome a/c, nice pool, clean rooms and quite.
Towels could be thicker and a box of tissues. Updating of the rooms are needed but not bad enough that I wont go back.

It had a small fridge, I would have liked a bigger one, but it was good. It also had a microwave, another plus. Room was spacious and clean.
Continental breakfast was very unhealthy. Would have been nice to have healthy options. I only got a banana and coffee, which was blah...I poured it out when I got back to the room. The keys I was given stopped working on the last day when I was still there and I had to be let in my one of the staff members.

Location right off Route 30
There were at least 8-10 flys in the room. The tub water handle was broken off. The water worked, but you had to hold on to a very small metal screw to turn water on/off and change water temp.

The room was very clean and inviting. The pool felt so good after a long hot day.
Our first impression when we arrived at Knight's Inn in Lancaster was not good. The gentleman who waited on us spoke very little English and it was difficult to understand what he was trying to say. He never smiled or welcomed us to the hotel.

great access to parks and attractions for weekend explorers
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially because the East Lampeter Township Community Park is just a short walk away and there are fantastic dining options like Your Place Restaurant & Sports Pub nearby for a relaxing meal after a day of exploring.

It had no elevator and we were put on the 3rd floor, I am handicapped and it was not handicaped accesible. You should inform people before they book, me and my party are both over 55 and had no help getting bags up the 4 flights of stairs.
